Stress Away

Stress Away is one of the very first oils that I fell in love with from my PREMIUM STARTER KIT! I was trying to get away from all my Bath and Body Works candles, lotions, and shower gels, and was just missing the vanilla scent they had!

As soon as I opened my new little bottle of Stress Away, I was THRILLED! It had vanilla in it! Stress Away’s vanilla scent is from actual vanilla essential oil, not a synthetic fragrance. From the first sniff,  I’ve been a huge fan!

Stress Away is a blend of Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, Vanilla, Ocotea, and Lavender. It’s Young Living’s only blend that contains vanilla, making it super popular! Its other reason for such popularity is what it actually does. Its name says it all: stress away. This blend of oils is a natural solution designed to combat the normal stresses that creep into our lives.

It can be supportive of relaxation and may help reduce occasional nervous tension. Its citrusy-vanilla aroma makes the house smell great, too! It’s actually one of the top emotional oil blends!

You’ll find a little roller bottle of Stress Away with me at all times! I’m always applying it to my neck and wrists throughout the day. I do this mainly for the emotional aspect, but it doubles as a GREAT perfume, as well! And if you combine it with Thieves in your diffuser, it’ll make your house smell like a cinnamon roll!

I love how versatile this blend is and all the benefits that it provides! Here are a few other ways that I like to use this blend:

  • diffuse with Lavender = sweet dreams
  • diffuse with Orange = dreamscicle
  • diffuse with Peppermint = candy cane
  • diffuse with Ylang Ylang = hello, spring
  • mixed with epsom salts in a hot bath (spa time!)
  • in a roller bottle with Frankincense, Lavender, Cedwarwood, and Tangerine to apply before bed to help promote a restful sleep
