My whole view toward health and wellness has changed a lot over the last couple of years. I feel like we live in a society that is very symptom-focused. And then we band-aid those symptoms whenever they pop up. This is definitely what I used to do.
But what if we shifted to a more preventative mindset? To keeping our bodies healthy and strong BEFORE they fall below the wellness line. I’ll be the first to admit that this was kind of a weird concept to me at first. But after taking this approach the last couple of years, I’ve seen a big shift in the way that I feel.
